Encounters With God, Inc.
It is a critical time for sharing the unchanging Work of God. The ministry of EWG, INC is committed to encourage and facilitate others to experience a personal encounter with God. We do this through the use of “little books."
A Devotion from Turning Point magazine on September 30th, 2020 says “Going through life without worship is like living with blurred vision. We can neither see nor understand things clearly. Our wisdom is indistinct, and our perspective is fuzzy.”
“When we acknowledge God for Who He is, find Him through Jesus Christ as our Savior, and begin to worship Him, it’s like scales falling from our eyes.
Luke described the conversion of Saul of Tarsus [Paul], Acts: 9:18 “Immediately there fell from his eyes something like scales, and he received his sight at once; and he arose and was baptized.”
Our little book, Encounters With God, helps people to “see” by telling them how others cleared away all the debris of their life to express one thought, “God, I can’t do it on my own. Only you can help me now.”
You can help remove scales from people’s eyes by providing them with these examples of how to give their will over to God and invite Jesus into their lives to find a new, purpose for living!

I fell in love with God at age 9 when my grandmother sent me to Vacation Bible School. BUT, I would flirt with Christianity for 18 more years! Finally, I committed to HIM and began to learn more as a married woman, a mother, a grandparent, a retiree; during illness, hospitalization, and as a hospice patient—and I'm here to tell about it!
In the beginning of my "discipleship," God would push me into activities and ministries (Bible Studies, Altar Guild, Church women groups, newsletter and cookbook editor, etc.). Later, He would "tap" me on the shoulder and say, "Start a Bible study,” "Edit a...", “Write a ...." He is the reason I authored five books. Now, He has me busy writing Encounters with God, Volumes I, II, and III, plus establishing this blog and the Encounters with God Ministry.
