ENJOY LIFE!

GET OVER STRESS AND ANXIETY!

Ralph Waldo Emerson suggested, “Write it on your heart that every day is the best day in the year. He is rich who owns the day, and no one owns the day who allows it to be invaded with fret or anxiety. Finish every day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities, no doubt crept in. Forget them as soon as you can, tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely, with too high a spirit to be cumbered with your old nonsense. This new day is too dear, with its hope and invitations, to waste a moment on the yesterdays.”

Live life without regret:
Put God first,
Others second,
Yourself last.

What does Christianity look like?
In the home, it is kindness;
In business, it is honesty;
In society, it is courtesy;
At work, it is fairness;
Toward the unfortunate, it is sympathy;
Toward the weak, it is help;
Toward the wicked, it is resistance;
Toward the strong, it is trust;

Toward the penitent, it is forgiveness;
Toward the successful, it is congratulation;
And toward God, it is reverence and obedience.

Two more I’d like to add:
Show Godly consideration to all!
“See people with your heart.”

What Gives Christians Purpose?

  1. Love God with all our heart, with all our soul, and with all our strength. (Deuteronomy 6:5.)
    The purpose, therefore, must come from doing everything with Him in mind.

2. Love our neighbor as ourselves. (Mark 12:31.)

We can’t go wrong if we Love God first and love our neighbor second; we won’t offend God or prophetic teachings. This kind of love gives life meaning!

How can we be this good? We can’t, only with God’s help can we even hope to achieve this level of goodness or as I like to say, “Godliness!” Proverbs 3:5-6 says, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.”

So, how do we get God’s help? There are four steps to His straight path:

  1. Accept His Love
  2. Believe in Him
  3. Commit to Him
  4. Trust in Him

We outline all four steps with Bible references on our website; scroll up or link to it below.
